Who is Cyn? Part Three: Love the Cyn You're In

Searching for "How to be happy" on YouTube changed my entire life...

I found Evan Carmichael. Then through his channel I found Tom Bilyeu. He did an interview with Mel Robbins and I was blown away. Then I found Tom's wife, Lisa. Who at the time wasn't doing Women of Impact but they were doing 'Relationship Theory' podcast and I just adored her. I loved their relationship. I wanted a relationship like theirs. I thought I had that. They were married like 15 years at that time and I thought, hey I've been with him almost that amount of time, why aren't we like them?

I listened to 'Relationship Theory' until I ran out of episodes.

Then I went back to Evan's channel and watched all the top 10's I could get my hands on. I started commenting and became a part of #believenation. I met some great people in the comment section of his videos and same with Tom's. He would go live once a week and I was always there watching. I met some super cool people in the comments that I am still friends with. It's been so exciting to see their transformation during this time.

So I spent months watching their content ALL DAY LONG. If I was driving, working (I was doing marketing for an organic restaurant at the time) or sleeping or eating...I was listening or watching their content......

Who is Cyn? Part Two: Deeper Into Cyn

Soon after my divorce was final, I met my 2nd husband...

We met the first time I went out after my divorce was final. We spent the night together but didn't have sex. We talked all night. I felt like I might have someone who understood me. But the reality was he was someone who hated himself too.  How could he love me? How could we love each other? We both had too much hate inside for self. It was never going to work. But we didn't know. I didn't know so I forged forward.

6 months in and he moved in with me. During the time between husbands I had fallen and the doctor had given me pain pills. Now, over the years I had used drugs recreationally. I wasn't any where near addict use and I thought they were a fun way to forget the crap in my head temporarily. My biological father was an alcoholic and my mother's brother died from alcoholism so I wasn't keen on booze. But then I found pain killers......

Who is Cyn? Part One: Original Cyn

Who am I? Why do I qualify to give you advice?

Because I hated myself and my life. And I changed....This story is how I went from hating myself to loving myself.

Shall I start at the beginning? Should I tell you about the trauma from my childhood? I grew up in an abusive home where from the ages of 5-7 years old, I was tormented for being "fat". I refused to eat the food they served me because I hated vegetables and beans. I hated drinking water and I hated being forced to do sit-ups, push-ups and run every day. I was a child. I should have been left alone to play and do my homework.

I remember the time when I was 6 or 7...and I went to McDonald's with my friend and her dad. I got a kid's meal like most kids get at that age. I remember him making fun of me because I ate all of my food. Dude, they give you 4 damn chicken nuggets and a small fry in those kid's meals and back then we got a package of 3 tiny butter cookies. Since, I was never allowed to eat Mc Donald's with my parents if I ever got to go there I made sure I ate all my food! Plus I was always hungry. My parents only let me have 'healthy' shit and I hated it, so I rarely ate it and was hungry often.....

J-Ryze's Origin Story

J-Ryze's Origin Story

Painful beginnings...

Ashley Collins, from the Breakup Diaries on YouTube, interviews J-Ryze. The entire interview is over an hour and I know they could have kept talking for hours. J-Ryze brings the fire when he gives interviews and honestly he brings it in every single conversation we've ever had.

I'm so blessed to be one of the few that get a ton of his wisdom on the daily. I'm also so grateful to be the one to bring you his insight through this series.

I broke the video down into separate videos so that you can take in all of the incredible value that J gives and process it before moving on to the next part of the interview.

J-Ryze is a creative soul.

He was a child genius that comes from a family of geniuses. He's an incredible artist but back in the day he wasn't very humble about it. He was quite judgmental towards 'simple' forms of art. In time he realized that simplicity is actually much harder than most people know.

He admits to how wrong he was as a teenager and a young adult. He put his art out into the world and he failed each time. It was devastating for someone who genuinely thinks they're better than the celebrities that are putting out successful art.

But life put him in his place.

How To Style Your Ryze Gear

We take design, style and fashion seriously and we know you do too.

So I wanted to take some time to write a post about how to style some of our clothes. You may be unsure how to style our clothes or clothes that look like ours. One of my passions is helping people and especially with this blog, it's to help you ryze your style using our clothes and the Law of Attraction. But today we're just going to discuss our clothes.

Ryze Gear offers women's scoop neck t-shirts, crop tops, bodysuits, hoodies and unisex t-shirts too.

One day we hope to offer a full line of clothes from panties to pants, dresses and more. With your support that can happen faster ;)

I'm going to share some of my favorite clothing and accessories online and in our store.

We believe that we deserve nothing but the best and that includes ALL the clothes that we wear and not just what we sell.
